Substantial experience within the educational sector of leadership and process management with complementary identification of the operational goals, analysis and improvement work, quality assurance as well as personnel and budgetary responsibility.

For me theory and practice has always gone hand in hand, which my ongoing thesis is a testament to. The thesis deals with how the views of different stake holders consociate with current research and theoretical frameworks to reach a deepened knowledge about participants’ and organisations’ needs when it comes to participation in itself and participation using digital resources.
