WORK EXPERIENCE
2014 – now. PhD-student at the department of computer and systems sciences, Stockholm University

2012 – now. Teacher and ICT-teacher at Mälarskolan. Newly started public school in Järfälla municipality. Focus on Math and Natural Sciences, cooperations with KomTek and NT-gymnasium in Järfälla.

2011 Analyst, investigator, adviser for start-up project on remote native language studies,  Vallentuna municipality Resource Center.

2010-2011 Studies within school development and ICT, competence enhancement via Uppsala University.

2009-2010 ICT coordinator, Bällstaberg. Key person at the school when it comes to all ICT related questions, the “go-to person” for all questions relating to hardware, software, education and ICT in general. The person had the information and communication responsibility to increase the goal fulfilment of children with special needs through developing new communication tools and work processes.

2008-2009 Teacher Team Leader, Bällstabergsskolan. The position included: driving school development, evaluation of the school, the teacher team and the pupils’ records and connect these to arrangements and work plans. Quality assurance through quality reports to the municipality was also included. Responsible for results, information and economy at a department consisting of 20 personnel, 180 pupils, and their parents.

2004-2010 Math/Natural Sciences/Technology teacher for pupils grade 4-9, Bällstabergsskolan.

EDUCATION

Spring 2012 Full time studies, Information and Communication Technologies C (30 ECTS)

Autumn 2010-2011 Teachers Lift, Extension course Information and Communication Technologies Media, basic course in Information and Communication Technologies (60 ECTS)

Spring 2010 Bachelor Thesis (15 ECTS) ”Skolledare och skolreformering. Om rektorers syn på och delaktighet i nationellt reformarbete”. Uppsala University.

2000-2004 Elementary school teacher education, grade 1-7, specializing in maths/natural sciences (210 ECTS). Uppsala University. Bachelor Thesis (15 ECTS) ”Hur barn i behov av stöd lär sig inom olika slags arbetssätt”. Utredning av hur barn i behov av stöd lär sig på egen hand kontra grupparbete.

RESPONSIBILITIES/ASSIGNMENTS

2017 – Teaching Project Management and Programming Didactics at a University level.

2017 – Implemented a pilot project with mentorship for female doctoral students, containing meetings and a study circle with “Bli klar i tid och må bra på vägen: Handbook för Doktorander” by Åsa Burman.
2015-2016 – Voted in member of the Doctoral Student Council at DSV (Department of Computer- and System Sciences). Representing the department’s doctoral students both centrally within Stockholm University via the Central Doctoral Student Council, as well as in dialogue with the Department Management of DSV institution board.

2008-2009 VFU-responsibility at Bellstabergsskolan. Allocation, follow ups, clarification and development work around teaching students from the universities.

Autumn 2007-2008 Coordinator for department B with 19 teachers in 16 subjects. Responsible for communication between teachers and school board, lead school development, thematic projects, resource allocation, temp replacements and pupil errands.

2007 Subject responsible in Technology. Approx 300 pupils, 6 teachers.

2006 Educated and active within the “Friends” organisation at Bellstabergsskolan. E.g sole responsibility for education of “Adult-Friends” at Bällstabergsskolan, as a part of our work against bullying.

OTHER LEADERSHIPEXPERIENCES

2003 Basic course in Scout leadership. One of three main responsible for basic course in Scout leadership, 6 days with 15 participants at KFUM-KFUK Scout district in Stockholm.

1996-1998 Fire safety instructor education. Stockholm Fire Department. Subjects: Campground planing, Fire triangle, fire damage, preventive work, etcetera.

1995 School sport leadership course, Stockholm school sport league. Subjects: Leadership, Union work, Content training.
